The Town of Livermore Falls is accepting sealed bids for the sale of a 2018 Cub Cadet riding lawn mower and a 2015 single-axle utility trailer. Each item will be sold separately to the successful bidder.
2018 Cub Cadet XT-1 Lawn Mower
- Enduro Series, Model LT46
- 255 operating hours
- Hydrostatic drive
- 46-inch cutting deck
- Well maintained
- Includes a new deck belt
- No known mechanical issues
2015 Single-Axle Utility Trailer
- Originally purchased from Tractor Supply
- 5 feet wide by 8 feet long
- Trailer hitch is bent
- One tail light is broken
- Decking needs some attention
Both items will be sold “as is, where is,” with no warranty expressed or implied.
Bid Submission
Sealed bids must be received at the Livermore Falls Town Office, 2 Main Street, Livermore Falls, ME 04254, no later than 4:00 PM on Tuesday, November 10, 2026.
Please clearly mark the envelope “Equipment Bid” and specify which item you are bidding on. Individuals interested in both items should submit a separate bid amount for each.
Bid Opening
Bids are scheduled to be opened at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at the Livermore Falls Town Office.
The Livermore Falls Select Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in the best interest of the Town.
